Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods: This includes food, beverages, flowers, and any other items that spoil or expire quickly.
- Hazardous materials: Items containing flammable liquids or gases.
- Customized or personalized items: Goods made to your specifications.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Returns Policy
We are happy to accept returns for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt, provided the items are in a resellable condition with all packaging and labels intact.
You, the customer, will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. It can be shipped back via a service of your choice, though we recommend a secure, trackable method that requires a signature upon delivery.
Please pack your items securely and fill in the form on the dispatch note, indicating the items you are returning. Choose the appropriate option and enclose it in your parcel.

Make sure the sender’s address is on the box. Consignments without the sender’s address will not be processed and will be disposed of after 60 days.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Opened or partially consumed food and beverage products.
- Items returned without original packaging or labels.
- Perishable goods past their expiration date.
