Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage

We currently only deliver to addresses within Malta. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: Shipping within Malta is available at a flat rate of €5. This fee will be automatically applied at checkout.
• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €35.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within one business days after payment is confirmed.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time within Malta is estimated to be 2 business days from the date of dispatch.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.

Delivery Address

• Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery Attempts

• If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us, and you may need to pay an additional shipping fee to have it re-delivered.

Local Pickup

• We do not offer local pickup services at this time.

Shipping Restrictions

• We are unable to deliver to any location outside of Malta. We can deliver to Gozo with a delivery fee of 15euro
