The Website
1.1 The www.cashgroupmalta.com website is owned and operated by Cash Group Malta LTD. We are registered in Malta (EU) under Maltese Law and with our registered office at 34, Triq San Gorg, Qormi.
1.2 All of the goods on this Website are offered by Cash Group Malta LTD, which will be the contracting party for any order that you place.
Orders
2.1 Any order that you place constitutes an offer to purchase a product subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right, without reason, to refuse any order.
2.2 All orders placed will be subject to availability and confirmation of the order price via a “notification of dispatch” email sent to your registered email address at the time of purchase.
2.3 (St.Julians Shop is 18th plus) other shops are not.
Prices
3.1 All prices are inclusive of VAT or similar sales tax (where applicable) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as a seller.
3.2 All prices on the website are in Euros.
3.3 We strive to ensure that all pricing information shown on our website is accurate. However, errors may occur, and goods may be wrongly priced. If we discover an error with the pricing of any item, we will contact you before dispatching the order to notify you of the error. You will be asked if you wish to cancel the order or proceed with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Payment
4.1 Payment for goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on the website at the time you place your order. Payment shall be due before the delivery date, and time for payment shall be a fundamental term of this agreement, breach of which shall entitle us to terminate the contract immediately.
4.2 There will be no delivery until cleared funds are received.
Delivery
5.1 The goods you order will be delivered to the address you provide when you place your order.
5.2 Your package will normally be dispatched within next day business days after cleared payment.
5.3 Orders placed under €35 will incur a shipping charge of €5.
Non-Delivery
6.1 Genuine postal losses are rare in Malta. Experience has shown that in most cases, items are returned to us as uncollected when buyers have reported items as undelivered. Please check with your local delivery office before contacting us about non-delivery. Where items are returned to us, we will contact you, and a further Postage and Handling charge will be made before items can be re-delivered.
Returns
7.1 Should you wish to return any of your goods, you may only do so in accordance with our returns policy.

8.1 All intellectual property, including trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs, and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website, remain the property of Cash Group Malta LTD. By using the Website, you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Cash Group Malta LTD and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purposes any material/pictures contained within the Website.
Amendments
9.1 Cash Group Malta LTD reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time, as required.
General
10.1 These Terms are governed by Maltese law. This means your use of the Sites and any contract for the purchase of items through the Sites, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the same, will be governed by Maltese law. You and we both agree that the courts of Malta will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the Sites.
